MEET THE CHEF
Chef Ricardo Aguilar was raised in the San Fernando Valley, by parents that choose to let him follow his dreams. At the age of 17, he decided to enroll in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu. After his internship at the notorious, Charlie Trotters in Chicago Illinois, he began his time working for Thomas Keller. It was working for Chef Keller, that he learned the difference between good and great. Fast forward 5 years and we’ve arrived here, at the Eclectic, where Chef is trying to push the food in North Hollywood to new heights.
